Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort redefines the term "urbanization". The core and also focal point of this project is "La Reserva". An area of more than 124,000m2, created to enjoy the outdoors.

The houses, being villas (detached, semi-detached and closed) as well as apartments, are built around the lake and the green zone. There are 2 access points, one of which is only accessible to residents and the other is equipped with barriers and security guards.
